Garlic Breadsticks

Homemade breadsticks, yum! A nice addition to lasagna, or any Italian meal. (Or any meal, for that matter.) It's easy with the help of your bread machine.

Combine the dough ingredients in your bread machine pan: the flour,

oil, parmesan cheese, sugar, garlic powder, salt, yeast and basil.

Set the machine to the dough process and let it do it's work! When it's complete, divide the dough into 20 pieces, then roll each piece into a ball.

Roll each piece into a rope, slightly twisting each end. Place all the ropes on a greased baking sheet.

Cover the breadsticks and leave in a warm place to rise for about 40 minutes or until nearly doubled in size.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden. Immediately brush with melted butter,

and sprinkle with additional garlic, if you like. Delizioso!
